KS&R celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2003, with continuous growth and profitability since the firm was started.

How many employees work for KS&R?
Through our headquarters located in Syracuse, New York; our 100+ seat contact center in DeWitt, New York; and staff locations in Atlanta, Memphis and the New York City metro area we employ approximately 250 employees.

Does KS&R have the capacity to conduct research on a global basis?

Why is KS&R located in Syracuse, NY?
The original KS&R principals met and worked together in Syracuse and have strong ties to the area. We continue to grow here in Syracuse because of the skilled and diverse workforce available. Though, as already noted, we have staff located at or near several client sites and are continuing to expand that focus.

Does the new National Do Not Call Registry affect data collection for KS&R?
The National Do Not Call Registry does not impact KS&R's data collection efforts as it refers specifically to telemarketing activities, as opposed to research. We do not offer any telemarketing services.
