Firm leads market research industry in customer satisfaction according to independent survey by Prevision and Inside Research
Syracuse, NY – The results of the “2007 Survey of Market Research Supplier Quality and Value” rank KS&R, a global provider of custom market research and services, as a verified industry leader. KS&R ranked #1 in the 2007 Gold Index, a composite overall customer satisfaction rating. The third annual independent study, co-sponsored by Prevision Corporation and Inside Research®, evaluates US market research firms’ performance based on customer experiences.
As a result of nearly 300 customer reviews of 600 suppliers, KS&R earned first place in three categories, including the top category of overall quantitative market research provider satisfaction, data quality and on-time delivery. KS&R also earned second place in analytical and communication skills, as well as value for money.
An industry award ceremony honoring KS&R and other high-ranked suppliers will take place at the October 2008 IIR Market Research Event in Anaheim, CA.
