What do you enjoy most about being part of the KS&R team?
I have always been fascinated by statistics, data, and investigating all the information that numbers can give. I love having a job where I can spend my days telling stories through numbers and providing insightful discoveries, all while doing it with people who share my passion. I also love how KS&R goes out of its way to bring its employees together. In a time when we cannot all be together quite as much, KS&R goes above and beyond to connect everyone.

What advice would you give to yourself at age 15?
Trust the process. Life doesn't ever go how you plan it. You will have many twists and turns along the way, and you will do and experience things you never could have expected. But no matter what happens, everything happens for a reason. If you work hard, do what makes you happy, and have faith, everything will be just fine. Enjoy where the journey takes you.

What is your proudest accomplishment?
Qualifying and competing in the NCAA National Championships for Cross Country my senior year of college. It was incredibly gratifying to see years of hard work, dedication, and sacrifice pay off.

In your opinion, what does the world need more of?
People need to be more accepting of the opinions and beliefs of others. So many problems in the world today stem from people pushing back on those who believe differently. While you may not agree with every belief a person has, it is important to respect it and listen to why they believe or feel a certain way. Who knows, it may even broaden your viewpoint and change the way you think a bit. Accept others and listen.

What is your favorite childhood memory?
Every summer growing up, my family went to Cape Cod. It is my absolute favorite place, and some of my best memories as a kid are there. The world just seems to slow down, and life is simpler there. I'm buying a beach house there when I win the lottery.

Aside from necessities, what is one thing you could not go a day without?
Coffee. That might be cheating though because to me that is a necessity.

Who would you want to play you in a movie of your life?
Tom Hanks. He's the best, any movie he is in is automatically good. Also, I have been Forrest Gump for Halloween 5 times, so I think it's a natural fit.

Would you rather lose the ability to read or lose the ability to speak?
Speak. There are so many ways you can still express yourself without talking, but you'd miss so much in life not being able to read and learn through words, I can't imagine that.
