A Real Example of Learning in Action
As part of this ongoing commitment to professional growth, our team recently participated in an interactive, peer-driven training program led by experienced moderators. The team created a comprehensive “how-to” guide covering best practices for moderating interviews, preparation strategies, and commonly used KS&R resources.
To bring the learning to life, team members paired up—forming 11 practice teams—to conduct mock interviews using pre-developed discussion guides. Each participant took turns leading conversations, receiving both self-assessments and peer feedback. This hands-on experience created a safe space to try new techniques, gain real-time feedback, and build lasting confidence.

Participants walked away with renewed enthusiasm for qualitative research and a stronger belief in their ability to lead insightful conversations.
