New Vice Presidents at KS&R
KS&R is pleased to announce that Director of Finance & Administration, Kelly Merrill, and Director of IT, Paul Scott, have been promoted to Vice Presidents.

I am confident they will continue to make a significant impact on our organization.”
As Vice President of Finance & HR, Kelly Merrill will be responsible for the firm’s finances and accounting, handle compliance with tax laws and regulations, and provide consultation to management regarding strategic staffing plans to guarantee effective workflows and enable the teams to exceed client expectations.
In Paul Scott’s role as Vice President of IT, he is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of organizational information systems, software applications, and IT support and infrastructure systems. This ensures that the client’s data is secure and that the staff follows security protocols.
Kelly joined the firm in 2004 and plays a critical role in KS&R’s ability to meet legal and financial requirements for Fortune 500 clients. Kelly has been a key factor in several strategic acquisitions, ultimately enhancing the firm’s service offerings. “We have evolved from a small business to a large business during my time here. It has been rewarding to travel that journey with my co-workers and to be a part of the company’s success,” says Kelly. Outside of work, she enjoys servicing the local community through nonprofits such as Love Ministry, Helping Hounds, and the local Church, and spending time with her family, especially on warm, sunny beaches.
Prior to joining KS&R in 2011, Paul worked as a web developer, database administrator, and in IT management. Early days at the firm were focused on software development and building tools to manage data for its clients. Today, it’s much more focused on cloud computing and cybersecurity. Paul states, “I am fortunate to have such a strong team around me. Every day presents big changes and new challenges to tackle, which keeps it an interesting and exciting place to work.” In his free time, Paul enjoys skiing, camping, and spending time with his kids.
