In this edition, we’re thrilled to introduce Sue Juskow, an Accountant on our Finance & Administration Team. With an AAS in Business Technology and a warm, generous spirit, Sue brings heart and dedication to everything she does. From her joy in volunteering with veterans to her desire for beachfront living, get to know Sue through this candid Q&A.
What do you enjoy most about being part of the KS&R team?
What I enjoy most about being part of KS&R is the opportunity to collaborate with so many different teams on a daily basis.
What brings you great joy in your life?
Volunteering for Veterans brings me great joy in my life. It offers a chance to connect with Veterans and their families, while making a positive impact.
What advice would you give to yourself at age 15?
If I could offer advice to my 15-year-old self, it would be to have more confidence. I’m stronger and more intelligent than I realize, and certainly more capable than I’ve often been made to feel.
How would your friends describe you?
I asked my friend to contribute and she said, “Sue is kind, caring, extremely generous, funny, and a go getter! Beautiful from her soul out!”
You’re a new addition to the crayon box, what color would you be and why?
Pink is my favorite color. It’s a lighter shade of red mixed with white, creating a soft, warm, and sometimes playful vibe. Depending on the shade, pink can bring about a range of emotions—from romantic, gentle, and youthful to sweet, bold, or even rebellious. All of these are qualities I embody at different times.
Would you rather live on the beach or in the cabin in the woods?
I’d prefer living by the beach—I love swimming, being near the water, and soaking up the sun.
